An Interesting Conversation

This is a IM talk I had with a good friend I feel is worth sharing.  The other participant expressed he did not desire anonymity, these are both our real names.

John Patrick Wentz
I had an EXTREMELY intellectually eventful night, tell you about it this afternoon/evening/night

Okay man, I wanna know!! I'm working during the day but tonight, absolutely

July 16

8:16pm

John Patrick Wentz

Message me when ready

9:09pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Ready

9:30pm

John Patrick Wentz

Lol

So ill have to go chronologically th rough the night

9:31pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Okay

9:31pm

John Patrick Wentz

I woke up at 4 pm

went to wawa for food

spent some time listening to music outside

9:34pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Nice!

9:34pm

John Patrick Wentz

?

anyway

I went inside wasted time on the newsfeeed

blah blah blah

key point is, got angsty

I put together all these negative predictions for the future with the emptyness of my present

and then i started feeling REALLY lost

"what am i doing with my short time on earth" "what can i do?"

and by midnight, i basically had to walk

that's what the lost do, walk

for 2 hours

nowhere in pretecular

no sidewalk most of the time

i started to think about how only public roads alow us to leave anywere

and if there's no sidewalk, you have to buy something just to move

somehow that qualifies as "freedom"

walking on the road was something illegal, as was walking on property, but no one was up or cared

9:42pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Was it a very busy road?

9:42pm

John Patrick Wentz

hella no

9:43pm

Dennis Bereznyak

So why is it illegal to walk on it?

Well like on the side if ur not Bothering any cars

9:43pm

John Patrick Wentz

technicality in that case

it's alot worse if you are actauly tring to go someone

I tried to walk from plumsted to doylestown once, depressing as shit

so, i'm walking back, and i try to draw it back to a general principal

naturally, geolibertarianism

land is not property

the world does not belong to humanity

9:45pm

Dennis Bereznyak

I agree

That's like the native Americans to the Europeans. They didn't get how it was possible to buy or sell land

9:46pm

John Patrick Wentz

and so thinking about it i looked it up (I tend to "ambient research", I.E. have some sort of knowledge material out while thinking about a topic, even if i already know the info it's teaching)

9:47pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Me too

It stirs your mind up

9:47pm

John Patrick Wentz

and on the Wikipedia page, i came to list of people who were influenced by it

9:47pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Mhm

9:48pm

John Patrick Wentz

and it sorta just got me on an enternal rant

as if i was giving a speech on it

(i do that a lot)

and i tied it back to the overarching theme of sovereignty:

releasing your grip on others to gain it for yourself

and how our control of the land also enslaves us

slavery does not make the master more free

and i listened to music that scared me at first, but it's what i needed

i thought about how music narrates

9:51pm

Dennis Bereznyak

I like what u said "releasing your grip on others to gain it for yourself ".

I always preach that but on a smaller scale

Like on a personal scale

When people always try to control every little thing

9:52pm

John Patrick Wentz

every scale

as above, so bellow

the microcosm should match the macrocosm

9:52pm

Dennis Bereznyak

I know I just tend to do it like that way in particular bc I think in terms of social interaction mostly. But yeah that makes a lot of sense.

I agree with u

It's a good way to put it

But elaborate on how u apply this to like the world as a whole, macrocosmocally

Also what music did u listen to

9:54pm

John Patrick Wentz

marcocosmicly, it simply equates to maxium rights

all the earth makes is shared

all you make is yours

9:55pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Sort of communism...?

9:55pm

John Patrick Wentz

no

geoism

communism for land

pure capitalism for labor/property

*not property, capital

you have right to all that you have before society inteferes

and to anything others consent to

and to anything that does not infringe on above 2 rights

the realization of this for society is the macrocosim

so anyway

it's 3;45 or so

they say the night is darkest just before the dawn

i don't know if that's true

but it feels that way

at that hour, you are more alone than any other time

you're staring the empty heavens straight in their eyes

you notice how much empty space their is

but in the music, when they spoke of "I" i knew it wasn't simply the singer

we all know that, instictualy

10:00pm

Dennis Bereznyak

Mhm

It speaks for a greater conscience

10:00pm

John Patrick Wentz

i is all listeners, connected for a time into one spirt

exactly

and i knew i was not alone in belifs on how our moderen age has fallen, and how to fix it

but now i felt insignificant

the intelligence the singularity will bring may leave us relatively as smart as a plant (literally!), compared to what's to come

and it also went back to the sense of powerlessness that made me feel so bad in the first place

so i turned to pan and realized that, realitve to what's to come, i might be a detail, but datials will always be more appreciated by an observer of the detail then the detail can appricate it self

here's where i honestly have no choce but to use a word i think unclear

god

god (everything) apricates everything for as much as it can possibly be apchiated

god will not only see the value of higher levels of being, but the very lowlest

10:07pm

Dennis Bereznyak

that is very profound

again i agree

10:07pm

John Patrick Wentz

and cirtainly the human level, for all the reasons humans could ever

and because i am to an extent united with others (and by extension an aspect of god) i do have power

the power of the archtype

now i see we are not measured by archetypes but a part of those archtypes

the sun was beginning to rise

i also thought about time

if we realy were dust in the wind

but i remembered time is a cycle, al possibilities will be lived out and then infinatly relived, since the omiverse will eventualy have no choice but to realive it

and also though about how time is a dimension

10:12pm

Dennis Bereznyak

woahh

10:12pm

John Patrick Wentz

TIME ISN'T REALLY MOVING AT ALL

10:12pm

Dennis Bereznyak

i love this

woahh

okay yeah i never really think about this

but im very impressed

wow

10:12pm

John Patrick Wentz

WERE MOVING THROUGH IT

and when we die, we simply stop

all moments are eternal cordinates in space time

infinatly relived

and aprichated to their fullest by god

we really do matter

and as a part of something more, we have great power indeed

i mispoke, the sun was not rising

i was making it rise

i the archetype of a spirit enduring through the hardship of the night and moving heaven and earth to bring back the dawn

to a soundtrack that never spoke to me more

and then

10:16pm

Dennis Bereznyak

woah okay im a little confused

10:16pm

John Patrick Wentz

ok

how so?

10:17pm

Dennis Bereznyak

what do u mean all moments are eternal coordinates, infinitely relived

10:18pm

John Patrick Wentz

it's just like space

a place has coordinates in space

a moment has cordinates in time

space does not simply disapear

and in a world of infinity, the places and times will always be revisted

10:21pm

Dennis Bereznyak

in what way will they be revisited

the same exact moments?

10:21pm

John Patrick Wentz

yes

10:22pm

Dennis Bereznyak

so me sitting here right now fucking around with my gps, this will happen again, in the most literal sense?

10:22pm

John Patrick Wentz

yes

this concept is not new

10:22pm

Dennis Bereznyak

i never really heard of it

well i may have in passing but i never really thought about it

10:22pm

John Patrick Wentz

it was described by neizche as "the eternal return"

infinite time + limited possiblites= infinate repeats of all possiblities

hell

infinte time= infinate repeats of all possiblities

and if time is a dimenshion, it doesn't realy make sense that it just slips away

that doesn't add up

so then

i bathed in the dawn

i started making breakfast

my brother got up

we talked

we ate

it was nice

and i fell asleep around 9 am, with a preciously rare simple of simple joy on my face

as bellow so above

this will mirror my life

i will live mostly in night

but bring about a new dawn and enjoy it for a time before i rest in peace

that was my story

Overdue Return

The wonderful thing about having virtually no audience in a project is that you can come back to that project anytime.  And so, a year later you can just pick up hear, with only a brief explanation of why there's such a big gap in the dates:
